Choice Lifeline
The Choice Wireless LIFELINE service provides a FREE phone and 250 FREE local minutes of calling and 100 text messages every month to help families in need.
U.S. Virgin Islands Lifeline and Link Up Assistance
Through Lifeline, Choice helps low-income consumers establish and maintain telephone service by lowering the cost of basic, monthly local service. Eligible consumers can receive a free cell phone and 100 local minutes per month.
Choice provides these benefits through Lifeline, a governmental assistance program in cooperation with the Federal Communications Commission and the Public Service Commission. The Virgin Islands Department of Human Services (VI DHS) is the only agency that can certify a Lifeline/LinkUp applicant’s eligibility to participate in this telephone assistance program.
